Returns

Please be sure to double check your selected color and size on purchases that do have options. All orders get a quality check along with a picture next to the order number. We save this on file for a record of the quality, coloring, and sizing. With are Products that are being custom made when ordered we are unable to do returns. However, customers have the option to cancel their order and receive a refund before product is made. We will email you ahead to make sure you want to go ahead with order before it goes into processing.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
